Can I use my Maniology discount code on other websites that sell Maniology products?

Discount codes and e-gift card codes are generated for sales on our website only and cannot be used on other websites that sell Maniology products.  For more details, please review any disclaimers or fine print.

How often do you have new products?

We upload new products to our website weekly. Subscribe to our newsletter here and check out our What's New page here for all of our newest products.

I did not receive a confirmation number for my order! Where can I find it?

When customers complete the checkout process on our website, the last page will display a confirmation number. If you did not see this information or closed out the page, you may find this information by either logging into your account that you created with us or by checking the email that you used to make the purchase. An order confirmation is emailed directly after an order has been placed.

If you cannot locate the email in your Inbox, we recommend looking into the SPAM folder.

What does it mean to be 5-Free?

High-five! Our stamping polishes are 5-free. This means that our stamping polishes are not only made without 3 of the most common harmful chemicals (formaldehyde, toluene, and dibutyl phthalate a.k.a. DBP) found in many nail polishes, but we’ve given the boot to 2 other yucky chemicals as well (formaldehyde resin and camphor). The terrible toxic trio can be extremely harmful to reproduction, developmental growth, and may even cause cancer with prolonged exposure. (Yikes!) Formaldehyde resin and camphor can cause allergic reactions like dermatitis, yellowing, and dried out nails. (No, thanks!)

Our fingernails are porous, and just the thought of soaking up these yucky synthetics makes our skin crawl. Now, you can breathe easy; scrape, stamp, and swoon to your heart’s content. We’re here to help you feel beautiful, look beautiful, and stay beautiful longer.

Are your nail polishes cruelty-free?

At Maniology, we love our furry, 4 legged friends!  We do not test our nail polishes on animals.  We also do not use animal hair in any of our nail art brushes.

What is the cost of shipping for the U.S. locations?

FREE if you spend over $50 (after discounts/promo applied)! We offer a flat rate standard to all U.S. locations at $4.95. This also includes U.S. territories. If you are looking for quicker shipping options, we offer Priority Shipping at $8.95/order and UPS Express Shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive (for customers within the U.S.)?

What is the cost of shipping for international locations?

We calculate shipping fee for international shipping by weight.  Please visit our Shipping Guide for our shipping rates.  

What is the shipping time frame for international locations?

Shipping times for international locations vary greatly according to each country’s location and custom’s processing. The average time frame is 15-30 business days. However, bordering countries to the U.S. may experience quicker delivery time frames.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once packages have been shipped with Maniology, you will receive an email confirmation that has your shipping details. If you cannot locate the email in your Inbox, we recommend looking into the SPAM folder.

It's been a month and I still haven't received my products! What do I do?

U.S. Customers: If you haven't received your purchase within 14 business days, Maniology will consider your shipment a postal loss and will provide you with either a re-shipment or refund. If you have not received your shipment after 14 business days from the time of your purchase, please contact us support@maniology.com.

International Customers: If you haven't received your purchase within 30 business days, Maniology will consider your shipment a postal loss and will provide you with either a re-shipment or refund. If you have not received your shipment after 30 business days from the time of your order shipped date, please contact us support@maniology.com.


Refunds + Returns

What is your return policy?

We are committed to providing you high nail art quality products. If for any reason our product fails to meet your expectations, you have 365 days to return merchandise for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.

Items are eligible to be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged within 365 days. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds require proof of purchase via an order number from our website. ***We are able to accept refund to original form of payment for 120 days. After that, we are only able to refund using store-credit (in the form of an egiftcard to Maniology).  

Maniology may offer select nail art products in a bundle which may include 2 or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.

Items sold as part of a bundle may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable Return Policy period for that individual item.

If an individual bundle item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your bundle discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/bundle in order to receive a refund.

- For example: If your bundle discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

How do I get a refund for my purchase?

Please fill out our return form found on our Return Policy page and include this with your return. Please send the product and form back to:

Once we receive your return back in the mail, it may take about 3-7 business days for your return to be processed and a refund to be issued back to your account.  In order to qualify for a refund to your original form of payment, return must be made within 120 days.  After that, we are only able to issue a store credit (via egiftcard to Maniology). 

I received a defective item! Can you send me a replacement?

Please contact our Customer Support directly at support@maniology.com. Please have your order number and a brief description of the issue ready as they will need this information to address your concern.

I received the wrong item; how do I get the correct item shipped to me?

We do try our best to make sure our orders are quality controlled – however, mistakes happen. Please contact our Customer Support directly at support@maniology.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can better address your concern.  

My item was damaged during shipping! Can you send me a replacement?

Please contact our Customer Support directly at support@maniology.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can better assist you.  If you can include a photo with your email, that will help speed up our processing time. 

I purchased a kit/bundle item from you, but I only want to keep 1 item of the bundle. Can I get a refund for the items I don't want?.

Bundles and kits are usually offered at a discounted price.  You must return all items in the bundle/kit to receive a full refund.  Partial return will forfeit any savings from the bundle/kit special pricing. 

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

Unfortunately, we are not able to do price adjustments on previous purchases or "rain check" on active promotions.

What type of credit cards does your site accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.

What kind of currency do you accept on your site?

Maniology is a U.S. based company and all the prices on the website are in U.S. dollars or USD.

Can I make a purchase using PayPal?

Yes! You can choose the PayPal option during check out.

What is "Pay with Amazon"?

Maniology customers can choose to complete order transactions using their Amazon.com accounts to make a payment on our website. This also means that some information from Amazon.com will be shared with Maniology.com in order for the transaction to be successful and also that you have a Maniology.com customer account with us. If you do not have one, create one here.

Do you accept pre-paid credit gift cards?

If your pre-paid credit gift card allows you to add a billing address to it, you may have a successful checkout. This information is necessary to verify the card to make the purchase. Not sure if you have this option? Please look for the customer service number on the back of your gift card to see if they offer this option. If you cannot add this option then we cannot complete your order with this payment method.

I went through the check out process and my credit card had been declined! What's going on?!

There could be a lot of different reasons why a card has been considered "declined." Here are the most common reasons:

  • Entering the credit card information incorrectly.
  • Entering the incorrect Billing Address. This address needs to match your credit card's Billing Address and is not always necessarily your shipping address. If you don't know, please contact your credit card company for confirmation.
  • Insufficient funds.
  • Pre-Paid Gift Credit Cards.

If your card has been considered "declined" and you see a pre-authorized charge from us, please note that this means that we have not accepted any funds on behalf of your account. This transaction will drop in about 3-5 business days* as a voided transaction. *Time frames are subject to change based on credit card company.

Mani Circle Reward Program

What is Mani Circle?

Mani Circle is our FREE rewards program. It allows you to earn stamps every time you shop and for interacting with us toward rewards that you can redeem at your own convenience.

How do I become a Mani Circle member?

You can sign up online by simply creating an account with us.  To become a member, you'll need to provide:

  • Your first and last name
  • A valid email address (Program communications, offers and rewards will be sent via email; therefore a valid email address is needed for membership.

No purchase necessary!  You automatically earn 200 stamps just for signing up for an account.  You are responsible for providing any changes or updates to your contact information.

How do I earn stamps in the Mani Circle?

Before shopping online, log into your account. You earn 10 stamps for every US dollar spent, rounded to the nearest dollar, on eligible purchases at maniology.com. The eligible purchase amount is the transaction total for merchandise after any discounts and does NOT include taxes, shipping or purchases of gift cards. You can also earn stamps by social actions such as following us on Facebook and Instagram, sharing us on social and writing a review. See the full list of awardable action here.

CAN I EARN STAMPS WITH MY MANIOLOGY PURCHASES PRIOR TO MY ENROLLMENT?

Stamps cannot be earned or claimed on purchases made prior to your enrollment date.  We will not be able to adjust stamp balance for previous purchases.  Please review our Terms & Conditions page for more details. 

I ENTERED MY BIRTHDAY BUT I DON'T SEE MY BIRTHDAY POINT BEING REWARDED?

Birthday stamps will be rewarded once a year on your birthday. Stamps are not issued when you enter your birthday.  Based on the program, you will not get rewarded stamps for your birthday this year if you enter a date that is in the next 30 days. You will be rewarded the following year on that date instead.  

I'VE REDEEMED A REWARD COUPON CODE, CAN I USE IT WITH ANOTHER CODE THAT I HAVE?

We can only accept 1 coupon code per order so you can choose either using the reward code or a store coupon code.  We are unable to retroactively apply a reward coupon or a free gift redemption to a past order.  Reward code must be applied at checkout to be valid.

Absolutely!  But why would you want to?  If you must, you can always email us (manixme@maniology.com) or if you sign up for an account, you can manage your subscription through the account. If you want to skip a month, you must skip the charge for the month by the last day of the previous month. If you want to skip the December box, you will want to manage your subscription before November 30th. 

If you are on the monthly plan, please log in to your account.  You will see a section for "Account Details". You will see a link to "Manage Subscriptions". Click on "delivery schedule" and you will see an option to SKIP a month under each month's recurring charge and event.  If you are on the prepaid plans, we will need to manually adjust it for you, please email us at manixme@maniology.com for assistant.  Skipping consecutively for 3 straight months on the monthly plan will render your subscription as "inactive".  

I REALLY WANT NEXT MONTH'S BOX! WHEN DO I HAVE TO ORDER BY?

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Of course!  You can cancel at any time.  You must CALL or EMAIL us at manixme@maniology.com so we can assist you with the cancellation.  For prepaid subscriptions (3 months prepaid or 6 months prepaid), you will forfeit any savings or discount if you cancel prior to the end of your subscription period.  For instance, if you cancel your 6 months subscription after 1 month.  You will receive $120-$25=$95 in the refund.  

I HAVE A COUPON! HOW DO I APPLY IT TO MY FUTURE SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT?

Lucky you!  Please follow the steps below:
 
1. Log in to your account on Maniology.com
2. Click on "Manage Subscriptions"
3. Click on "Subscriptions"
4. You will see a link to "Apply Discount Code" under one of the upcoming charges. After you enter the coupon code, click "Apply" and the coupon code will apply to your future subscription payment.
*Please note that if you cancel your subscription early, you will forfeit any savings or discounts on prepaid subscriptions.  

 

WHEN WILL I GET TO PREVIEW THE UPCOMING THEME?

For existing subscribers, you will receive an email preview on the 20th of the month to see the upcoming theme.  You must be a newsletter subscriber to receive our email content.  You may also see the upcoming theme on the 23rd of the month when our theme switches prior to your renewal on the 1st of the following month.
