Here's How

1. 
   On a clean prepped nail apply Calcium Rich Base Coat.
2. 
   Using your Clear stamper and plate Snowflakes Galore (BM-XL482) apply Freedom Ring to the selected design and pick up the image. Then, stamp directly onto the nail. 
3. 
   Repeat step two using I Bleed Blue and stamp that directly over your Freedom ring stamp.
4. 
   Use a clean up brush to remove any excess polish. Finish with No Smudge Top Coat to complete the look.
