Here's How

1. 
   On clean prepped nails apply your favorite base coat.
2. 
   Apply Straight Up Black onto selected design and scrape off excess polish throughout the pattern. Pick up the image with the Stamper and color in the heart design with Red Hot and a nail brush.
3. 
   Once the design is semi dry stamp the image back onto the nail.
4. 
   Clean up the excess polish with acetone or scotch tape, and finish off with your favorite Top Coat!
