What You'll Need

Latex-Free Cuticle Protecting Adhesive Nail Tapes - 5 Sheet Set

Here's How

  1. Dotted Heart: Step 1
    After prepping your nail with your favorite Base Coat and Cuticle Protector, apply 1-2 coats of I See Blue. 
  2. Dotted Heart: Step 2
    On BM-XL356, apply Straight Up Black to the desired heart design. Use the Scraper to spread the polish throughout the design, then quickly pick it up with the Stamper and apply it to the top half of your nail.
  3. Dotted Heart: Step 3
    Repeat step 2 but with a lined design and place it to the bottom half of your nail.
  4. Dotted Heart: Step 4
    Remove the cuticle protector and finish off with your favorite Top Coat.
